All used golf clubs sold by Mac’s Custom Golf are offered “as is,” with no warranties—whether express or implied—regarding their condition, performance, or longevity.
Due to the nature of previously owned items, clubs may show signs of wear, cosmetic imperfections, or reduced performance.
By completing a purchase, the buyer accepts all risks associated with the clubs’ condition. All sales are final, with no returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Shipping Policy
We package each order carefully to help protect your items in transit. However, we are not liable for damage or delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has left our facility. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from errors in address entry.
If you would like to add insurance to your package please contact us and we will send you an invoice for the difference.
